An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Sports and Play Construction Association (SAPCA) in Kenilworth. We are looking for a Chief Executive to join our team on a permanent, full time basis to drive our vision and values and lead the evolution of theorganisation.SAPCA provides valuable guidance to all those involved in the development of sports and play facilities, from elite level competition to the myriad facilities at grassroots, to help to ensure that clients facility projects are delivered successfully and providevalue for money.This year SAPCA celebrates its 25th anniversary but is focussed on the growth and strengthening of the Association in the next phase of its development.Your new role:Are you interested in becoming part of a well-established UK trade organisation for the sports, play and physical activity sectorTo be our Chief Executive, you will have a strategic mindset with a successful record of management and leadership, and be able to implement strategies and business plans.Ideally you will have knowledge of the sports, play and physical activity sector but this is not essential. If you feel you have the core experience required for our role, apply now and we call to discuss further.Other key duties will include Ensure that structures, processes and controls are aligned with that strategy and plan Support the delivery of a robust business plan Develop the Associations membership base and the benefits of membership, to provide excellent value for members Represent the Association and build relationships with key stakeholders and partners, strengthening SAPCAs role as the voice of the industryWhat you will get in return:You will earn a salary which is negotiable depending on experience. You will work Monday to Friday on a 37.5 working hour week.
