Our client, based in Kenilworth, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. This role offers flexibility with a commitment of 20 hours per week.Responsibilities:Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices, as well as track and follow up on client payments.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, summarising key financial data for management review.Qualifications:Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (Currently using Sage but will be changing to Xero in the near future)Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
