Job Description

The company has been working with fuel retailers and solicitors to tackle forecourt crime by recovering money for unpaid fuel since 1991. We are a small, family run business, and despite the serious nature of our work, we operate in a relaxed, friendly officeenvironment in Kenilworth. As increasing numbers of retailers are turning to our services to protect their business, our workload has grown, and as a result we are looking for an Administrative Call Handlers to join our team, working full time on standarddays.The primary focus of the job will be call handling, whether that is simply transactional, in helping a customer make a payment, or dealing with a query or complaint, which is likely to require a more involved, fact finding approach. In between times, thejob holder will be helping the rest of the team dealing with general administration, in particular data entry.Successful applicants will haveA good telephone manner, developed through call centre experienceExcellent customer service skills, including objection handlingGCSE at C/4 or above in Maths and English, fluent English and a good attention to detailData entry skills and experience of Excel would be advantageous, but are not essentialIn return we are offering a salary of £21,500pa and a pleasant and supportive office environment in which to take calls which are both transactional and will offer you the opportunity to use your problem solving skills with some of the more niche queries.If this sounds like the role for you, please send a copy of your cv, together with a covering letter explaining why you are interested in this role, and why you think you would be a good fit by using the apply button provided.
