Are you a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant seeking a new challenge, or have experience working with adults with complex care and seeking to develop your skills further We can offer you flexible working and an opportunity to develop new skills and progressyour career.Our client is a female infant 6 months old, who is totally dependent on her family and care team to meet all her needs. She has Hypoxic Ischaemic Encephalopathy, GORD and Moderate bilateral cortical dysfunction. She has Nasogastric/Nasojejunal tube feed andneeds support with saliva accumulation through administration of repositioning, suction and delivery of the required medication.She lives at home with her parents and your role will be to provide full care and support to our client at the family home during waking nights shifts.There will be an opportunity for you to attend a meet & greet / work shadow shifts prior to going livethis is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate where you will receive A1 training and job satisfaction.As a Healthcare Assistant you will have an opportunity to build on your current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including but not limited to:-NG/Gastrostomy feeding, BIPAP, Cough Assist, Tracheostomy.
