Job Description

A long standing client of ours based in Kelvedon is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a temporary to Permanent position paying £9.75 per hour (£19,000 per annum). The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hours lunch.As the Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the telephone and taking orders
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Registering orders on to Microsoft Excel
  • Processing orders onto Access (not ms)
  • Opening new customer accounts
  • Filing
  • Processing customer payments
  • Any other ad-hoc office duties that may arise
  • To be considered for this Office Administrator position you must have:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy office environment
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with Microsoft Office Specifically a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to self-prioritise (multi-task) work load in a very busy environment with a high attention for detail
  • Good Telephone Manner
  • Experience using accounting software (Access). This not required, but preferable as full training will be given
  • A test on Microsoft Excel may be given dependent on experience.
  • Full UK Driving License
