As our technology is an integral part of the managed service provider model we provide, we are now recruiting for a Solution Implementation and Training Managerto join our centralservices team in Staffordshire. This is a new & exciting opportunity to manage the project implementation life cycle and deliver bespoke training to internal and external platform users.About the opportunityYou will be working on projects that use innovation and creativity to deliver recruitment solutions. Our focus is the successful delivery of projects to our customers. The role of the Solution Implementation and Training Manageris to manage all small andlarge scales projects with multi-academy trusts in England and Wales. In this role you will be working within the wider central team, in which we are striving to establish a centre of excellence improving our delivery through the adoption of best practice,evaluating, and improving our ways of working to the benefit of our business and our customers.Your role will include managing the delivery of project outcomes, working closely with our customers to manage expectations and deliver to time and quality. Your role will also require you to work very closely with our customers to ensure training requirementsare metOffice based, the candidate will have excellent IT skills as the role involves providing live software training and technical support. Please note, this is not a technical support role - your primary focus is to own the implementation projects of new customersand drive usage of our software, pro-actively reaching out to users.The job requires a person who is passionate about ed-tech and developing relationships.Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Project delivery and management throughout its life cycle.
  • Stakeholder and expectation management.
  • Reporting and analysis of project metrics.
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service.
    • Maintaining and increasing usage of our software within schools.
    • Providing support and training to customers (largely primary and secondary schools and supply chain agencies) via telephone, online and email.
    • In/outbound appointment making.
    • Hosting technical and training webinars.
What are we looking for
  • Experience in managing a project to delivery outputs and outcomes
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and building positive working relationships
  • The ability to solve problems and find solutions
  • Proven ability to be resilient in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience of the Agile/Prince2 project management lifecycle
  • Understanding of Risk & Issue management
  • Understanding of delivery to the education/recruitment sector
  • A fantastic working environment with the Operations team based at Keele, Staffordshire
  • Pension scheme 3%, rising to 5% after five years of service.
Essential Abilities:
  • Ability to be adaptable to meet the demands of this developing role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent ICT skills.
  • GCSE Grade C or higher in Maths and English.
  • Required to take holidays out of school term time.
  • Pass a DBS check.
Desirable Abilities:
  • Training experience and or teaching/classroom experience
  • Experience with web conference presentations/training.
  • Own car with a full driving license as on occasion you may be required to work offsite.
