This is a new & exciting opportunity to manage the project implementation life cycle and deliver bespoke training to internal and external platform users.About the opportunityYou will be working on projects that use innovation and creativity to deliver recruitment solutions. Our focus is the successful delivery of projects to our customers. The role of the Solution Implementation and Training Manageris to manage all small andlarge scales projects with multi-academy trusts in England and Wales. In this role you will be working within the wider central team, in which we are striving to establish a centre of excellence improving our delivery through the adoption of best practice,evaluating, and improving our ways of working to the benefit of our business and our customers.Your role will include managing the delivery of project outcomes, working closely with our customers to manage expectations and deliver to time and quality. Your role will also require you to work very closely with our customers to ensure training requirementsare metOffice based, the candidate will have excellent IT skills as the role involves providing live software training and technical support. Please note, this is not a technical support role - your primary focus is to own the implementation projects of new customersand drive usage of our software, pro-actively reaching out to users.The job requires a person who is passionate about ed-tech and developing relationships.Key Responsibilities will include:
