Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in an ever-expanding, successful, market-leading and award-winning Estate Agency, that is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Valuer to join their thriving and ambitious team.Working hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8.45 am-5.30 pm
  • Every other Saturday 9 am-4 pm with a day in lieu
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
  • Basic salary £25,000
  • OTE £40,000
To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:
  • Estate Agency Sales Valuing experience 1 year +
  • Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  • Target-driven
  • Confident and Reliable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Highly organised
  • Numerate
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience in photography
  • UK Driving license
As a Valuer, your role will involve the following:
  • Conducting valuations
  • Providing market value
  • Selling the services of our clients
  • Closing for business
  • Gaining instructions
  • Help increase market share
  • May attend viewings if needs be
