Job Description

The BusinessHybrid Working - Flexible Hours - Part Time/Full Time - Great Work/Life BalanceDo you have any experience in company secretarial workNigel Wright are delighted to be working with a mid-tier and established firm of chartered accountants based just outside of Newcastle, looking to appoint a Company Secretarial Administrator to their growing team.The RoleAs a Company Secretarial Administrator, a typical day could include:

  • Processing and recording company information with Companies House.
  • Updating the statutory books and records of companies for the following a variety of matters.
  • Creatingnew companies on Companies House, as well as amending company articles.
  • Completingad hoc client assignments as requested by a Client Manager and/or Director.
  • Assisting the wider Business Support Team where required.
The BenefitsAs a Company Secretarial Administrator, you are entitled to a range of benefits, as well as other aspects that make this role attractive:
  • A competitive salary of between £20,000 and £28,000 depending on experience.
  • Ability to work part-time or full-time depending on your needs.
  • Hybrid working and support in doing so.
  • 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
  • Additional holidays will accrue from your third year of being in our team.
  • Your birthday off each year if it is a normal working day to do something special.

The Requirements and ProcessTo qualify for this role as a Company Secretarial Administrator, you should:
  • Have experience in administrative work and be comfortable in an office environment.
  • Haveexperience in Company Secretarial work.
  • Have a positive outlook and be motivated to be the best you can be.
  • Be a team player and be comfortable working with others or individually.
  • Have excellent organisation skills and time management.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
