Job Description

Financial Planning AdministratorThe offeringAn exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a successful Wealth Management practice based in Jesmond.The successful candidate will become part of a very welcoming and supportive company. This wont be enforcedthough.AccountabilitiesThe role will involve providing full administrative support to financial planners who give advice on pensions, investments and protection to both individuals and business owners.

  • You will be heavily involved in obtaining illustrations and valuations on existing business.
  • Processing work in line with the required timescales and compliance guidelines.
  • Client contact will be part of the role, answering client enquiries via telephone and on email, resolving queries and problems in a highly professional and helpful manner.
  • Allocation of funds and actioning switches and amendments on various provider platforms.
  • Creating review packs for advisers in advance of client meetings.
  • Document preparation, scanning documents and data input as required.
  • Diary management and other ad hoc tasks as required by the advisers.
To be considered for this role, you will be a strong administrator with ideally a background working within financial services.
