Tech Lead - Software - EdTech Startup - Remote Working Available - up to £75kWe are recruiting for a fast-growing EdTech startup based in London who are looking for an experienced Tech Lead, with demonstrable experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects and experience developing Salesforce customisations, to join them as one of their founding employees.The Tech Lead will specialise in the design, development, integration and delivery of our clients core product. You will utilise your core business and technology experience to lead and champion a product that is shaking-up the industrysector. Initially, this will be a hands-on role but there is clear career progression for the right person to be a lead role.We are on the hunt for someone who has experience of leading projects and technical project teams, has strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and patterns and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem, is well-rounded in both functional and technicalaspects of product development and has a combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.Whats on offerThis role offers incredible opportunities for promotion as the company grows; this company is on a trajectory to be a unicorn - you will be a founding employee, initially in a hands-on role which could evolve over time to be Head of Engineering, VP Engineeringor CTO.Our client is offering a basic salary of £65k -£75k; competitive benefits, holidays and work time flexibility, fun team activities and a laptop of choice.
