Spanish Speaking Financial ControllerPermanent role£50k + Bonus and HealthcareBased in LondonJob Reference: SM0202650LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is urgently seeking a Spanish Speaking Financial Controller for their client, to work in the London office of a European design and manufacturing company. Your main responsibilities will include managingthe overall accounts and payroll for the UK entity including stock levels and cashflow. This role is based in a small office and with a friendly international team, who are responsible for sales and order processing, so in this role you would also manage theoverall office.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Finance professional to join an and manage all aspect of the company’s UK accounts. The successful candidate will have all round business experience and ability to liaise with business partners and accountingprofessionals in the UK and abroad.Spanish Speaking Financial Controller- Key Duties:- Insure the company’s accounts are in accordance with UK regulations, including but not limited to payroll, tax, general ledger, audit- Liaise with external accounts- Responsible for international pricing transfers and processes- Prepare Intercompany reconciliations- Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable- Submitting payroll information to external payroll company- General office management, purchasing and invoicing- Prepare Profit and Loss reports on company’s office- Produce forecasts, budgets and financial modelling- Inventory analysis for company’s raw materials and finished goodsSpanish Speaking Financial Controller - Requirements:- Fluency in Spanish and English to bilingual level- Accounting or Business qualifications desirable- Experience in manufacturing useful- Knowledge of UK GAAP- Understanding of Payroll and hr practices- Good Software knowledge such as SAP- Confident communication skills, adaptability- Attention to detail and clear analytical and organisational abilities- Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlinesPlease send your CV in word format to the email address quoted, other formats will not be acceptedIf you are a Spanish speaker with experience as a financial accountant, financial controller, accountant, management accountant or have been responsible for the general running and accounts of a UK entity, don’t hesitate to applyThank you for applying to Language Recruitment Services, the Specialists in Language Recruitment, Bilingual, Multilingual and Language jobs.Applications can only be accepted from individuals who are eligible to work in the UKPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us immediately.
