Overview:An established HNW mortgage broker firm, who currently has 11 whole of HNW market mortgage brokers, each generating between 4 - 8 new mortgages per month, require an experienced mortgage administrator to join the administration team offering mortgage administrativesupport.Main Duties:Working with this HNW reputable mortgage broker firm alongside an established team of whole of market mortgage brokers, as an experienced mortgage administrator living in the Islington area, you will offer mortgage admin support to the team.The team are currently generating 4-8 new mortgages cased per month. As an experienced mortgage administrator working in the Islington area, you will be required to ensure that all new mortgage cases are compliant and are added to the inhouse CRM systemaccordingly.As well as ensuring that the new mortgage cases are compliant, as a mortgage administrator you will chase mortgage underwriters for updates on the various cases, liaising with the mortgage brokers with the underwriting queries.As well as liaising with the mortgage brokers, as a mortgage administrator, you will act as the first point of contact to the clients, providing regular updates on their mortgage applications, you will also be required to deal with solicitors via video andtelephone.Job Title:Mortgage Administrator/Trainee Mortgage BrokerLocation:IslingtonRemuneration:Basic £24,000 - £28,000, pension, bonusBryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref:A3419MBMCKey Skills:Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage administrators or mortgage brokers who are looking to move to an administrative role.Knowledge of the various mortgage lenders portals would also be an advantage.
