Block Manager- £37-43K per annumWe are keen to find a hard-working Residential Block Manager for our client. Our client is a specialist in residential block management and due to continued growth in their portfolio they are looking for a Block Manager to join the team. The Block Managermust have 2 years experience of managing blocks and serving section 20 notices.You will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of each property, which includes but not limited to maintenance coordination, Section 20s, insurance claims, leases, inspections, AGMs and meetings with Management Committeemembers. You must have detailed knowledge of Section 20.You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills.
