Job Description

Location: Highbury & IslingtonThe Role:This is a rare opportunity for an Area Manager to join the Senior Management team within Helping Hands. You will be responsible for delivering and promoting the highest quality of care throughout your region and providing vision and direction to a team ofhighly motivated and passionate branch managers. As Area Manager you will be empowered to deliver consistent leadership that allow your branch managers to successfully manage their branches, achieve KPIs and targets and make decisions that impact on the growth,profitability and development of the region.Key to your success will be your ability to work strategically, supporting your branches in quality, compliance and business growth. You will be familiar with CQC frameworks, Key Lines of Enquiry and develop this knowledge with branch managers and teamsto ensure we deliver a consistent quality driven service. Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert leadership, guidance and direction to branches in relation to operational performance, quality and compliance
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve the development and profitability of the branches
  • Ensure Best Practice is shared throughout the region
  • Ensure the compliance and quality of the branches is met in line with CQC standards and legislation
  • To ensure all policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively within the branches
  • Responsible for the recruitment of staff within the region
