We are proud to be widely recognised and trusted by our working partners, international suppliers and, most importantly, by millions of customers as manufacturers of innovative, tasty and healthy products!As our Senior Development Technologist, you will work as part of the Food Innovation team, leading outstanding product development and ensuring the efficient and controlled progression of products from kitchen concept through to launch. You will be translating innovative ideas and customer briefs (internal and external) into exciting products that will delight our customers and our consumers.   • Lead the development of insightdriven NPD projects, to deliver concepts that excite and engage our consumers.
  • Apply your knowledge of trends and insight to the development of new products and recipes.
  • Apply your culinary skills to develop recipes for our own social media platforms or in collaboration with other Brands, to showcase the versatility of our products
  • Liaise with the Procurement team to source innovative ingredients
  • In this role, stakeholder management is key, and you will also need to develop your networks to aid new product understanding. Whilst there is a level of autonomy in this role, you will need to work collaboratively with other teams across the business. Good communication, excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate insights into exciting products are all musts for this role, along with a qualification (degree preferred) in food technology or related discipline OR relevant experience in the food industry including development chef background.
