Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator Location: NN9, Irthlingborough Salary: £26k - £32k per annum, contributory pension scheme, 20 days holiday per year + Bank holidays (increasing with service length) Hours: 37.5 hours per week to suit between standard working hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. My client is currently looking for a candidate to work in a permanent position to fill a Marketing Co-ordinator role, to commence immediately. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing of the company, a wide andvaried role in a small technology company with a large product portfolio and international sales. The job is a mixture of graphic design and marketing work and is office based, spending the time in the following activities: Managing & editing the current websites, using HTML 5, Adobe Dreamweaver and Wordpress. Managing current social media channels using Hootsuite. Maintaining the marketing database of press contacts/editors. Organisation and generation of direct HTML email-shots to customers. Preparing press releases, editorial and articles to be issued to the trade press. Generate brochures, handbooks and advertisements using Adobe InDesign & Affinity Publisher. Graphic design related tasks such as logo creation, front panel artwork generation, graphics generation for our website, virtual product graphics generation, poster generation, presentation creation. Photography of products (basic). Image manipulation using Adobe Photoshop & Affinity Photo. Video/film generation of products using Adobe and in house photography studio. Planning and executing social media/advertising campaigns for new product releases. Preparing the paperwork for, and organising, trade show exhibition stands (approximately five per year). The ideal candidate will be fluent in the following: HTML5 (Adobe Dreamweaver). Wordpress websites maintenance and plugins. Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator. Hootsuite & business based social media. MS Office. Nice to have: Affinity Suite (Weve recently partially switched to this but if you know Adobe, you can use Affinity). Adobe Premier Pro (video creation/editing). Digital camera usage, filming. Ideally, youll have previous experience of marketing, good grades for English language and mathematics at GCSE level. Youll be working in a friendly, clean environment in a building with its own swimming pool in Irthlingborough. The ideal candidate will beeasy-going, have a good sense of humour and have excellent communication skills.
