The successful individual will get the opportunity to take on challenging tasks whilst developing and growing their IT knowledge and skills.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for logging support calls to the ICT department on to the Business help desk ticketing system. Where appropriate you will be expected to troubleshoot the issue and were necessary escalate incidents to the appropriate team member(s).You’ll work closely as part of the ICT Support Team to deliver an efficient and effective service.Responsibilities / Skills required:
