Reporting into our Technical Account Controller, you willassist in managing all audits, engage with stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of successful product launches and execution, and deliver continuous improvement activities.You will work closely with our team of Specification Technologists, who deliver right first-time technical specifications; maintain our supplier approval documentation, manage our customer complaints system and are administrators of QADEX.To be successful, you will need to have a good working knowledge of food safety legal requirements, audit standards and customer codes of practice and has experience of applying these in a food manufacturing environment. It would be ideal if you are familiarwith supplier approval processes and customer specification systems.You will need excellent organisational skills, a working knowledge of continuous improvement approaches and good first line management skills.
