Marketing and E-Commerce Business ManagerTo £50,000 plus Benefits, with potential for equity participationThis is a rare opportunity to own and contribute to the continued growth of an established online business, and offers the potential for equity participation.The client is a successful E-Commerce business, operating B2B, and providing an extensive portfolio of specialist consumables and supplies to customers in the UK and internationally. Operating in an uncrowded market, where there is consistent demand, thebusiness has enjoyed year-on-year growth, and is strongly positioned to build on this.They are seeking a commercial individual with experience in Digital marketing and the running of an E-Commerce platform, to take control of the day-to-day management of the business operations, and lead the business forward. There is a small team to manage,and the role has oversight and responsibility for all aspects of the E-Commerce business, including marketing and promotion of the websites through SEO, PPC and digital advertising; production and publishing of marketing, product and site content; pricing;user experience and customer journey; web and platform development; IT and E-commerce tools and systems; stock management; order fulfilment; and customer service.The role would suit a commercially astute digital marketer with experience in E-commerce, who is keen to apply and build on this in a role which allows broader commercial and operational scope, and ownership. You will be adept at driving business onlinevia organic and paid search marketing, content, and advertising, will be practical and hands-on, but also capable of managing and motivating a small team.
