Were now harnessing the collective expertise within our manufacturing and distribution brands to help our partners embrace the opportunities available through off-siteconstruction.This is a fantastic opportunity to join as a Application Support Analyst with Off-Site Solutions (Inverurie) where you are responsible for supporting and maintaining critical trading business systems. Managing the Designated Levels of Authority (DLA) and security permissions within Sales Order ProcessingApplications.As a Business Application Support Analyst member you will be involved in:

• Provide support and maintenance to users on Business Critical Applications within the OSS Business Division
• Ensure access to required systems and software is allocated for new starters and that access is removed for leavers
• Support Application updates and upgrades as necessary, putting onto test server and then transferring to live server
• Liaise with IT Systems and Data analyst specialists within the business unit
• Maintain user permission register and ensure licenses are updated as and when required;
• Create and maintain business IT function logs.
• Carry out weekly and monthly maintenance on profiles and database
• Maintain business unit Disaster Recovery processes and Business Continuity Plan.
• Driving improvements in IT solutions through effective management of key support suppliers.
• Networking of SGTS compliant industrial Equipment incl Hand Held Terminals.
• Liaise with SGTS in the procurement of software, obtaining quotes from relevant providers.
• Create technical documents that detail best practice and procedures
• Provide support in projects, such as supporting the integration of acquisition businesses into OSS systems

• Degree in an IT Science subject or experienced in the field.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics (mandatory), MS Navision (desirable).
• Hold a valid UK driving license as travel to sites may occasionally be required.
• A-Level Mathematics and GCSE English.
• An understanding of the fundamentals of databases.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate a strong analytical mind-set.
• Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work alone.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems for Servers and Local devices.
• Awareness of SQL database language.
• MS Active Directory understanding.
• Understanding of one or more programming language.
• Customer Service Skills.
• Problem solving skills.
