Position: Qualified Legal Counsel SolicitorLocation: Renfrewshire, ScotlandSalary: £35,000 to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefitsAre you a recently qualified Solicitor withpost-qualification experience Do you possess expertise in contract and commercial lawFINTEC Recruit is working with an international engineering/energy client based in Renfrewshire, Scotland, seeking a dynamic and motivated Qualified Legal Counsel Solicitor to join their team. This is a permanent position with an attractive salary rangeand benefits package.Responsibilities:

Provide legal, contractual, and compliance support to the organization
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including exceptions for client and supplier contracts
Offer guidance on intellectual property protection and management
Assist with various agreements, manage litigations, disputes, claims, and oversee external counsel

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with PQE experience (Scotland/England/Wales)
Strong knowledge of contract and commercial law
Ability to provide pragmatic legal advice within complex business contexts

Desirable:

Experience in contract and commercial law within in-house or private practice settings
Familiarity with legal compliance and intellectual property matters
