(Lights goods will also be considered).PSV - HGV Mechanic / Technician - The Role:The role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast moving and forward-thinking company. Our in-house training department will tailor your training requirements to meet your needs. This is all carried out locally, so no days spent away from home for training.We offer excellent grades of pay and the more you learn and contribute the more we reward you with our pay structure that increases in line with your skillset.Duties and Responsibilities:• Servicing and repairs of fleet comprising of diesel and electric vehicles.• Remedial works, Defect rectification, MOT preps.• Basic Electrical fault finding and rectification.• Maintain vehicles to McGill’s Group standards, ensuring all required repairs are carried out efficiently and on time.• Provide fault diagnosis to identify any repairs needed, ensuring your workspace, equipment and tools are kept clean, tidy and to health and safety standards.PSV - HGV Technician / Mechanic - Key competencies:Candidates must have a suitable qualification to fulfil this role.• Must have previous experience of PSV / Plant / HGV / LGV servicing and repairs.• PSV license would be a bonus (but not essential)• Relevant experience in the commercial vehicle industry• Valid, full Driving licenceIf you feel that you have the skills and experience required to become our Vehicle Technician and would like to join an established family business, why not click apply’ today We would love to hear from you!No agencies please.
