Job Description

Digital Marketing ManagerThis role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of B2B Marketing and international experience who is driven to make an impact maximising the effectiveness of digital marketing in a highly specialised sector.   1. Digital Marketing Channels: Responsible for managing and implementing digital marketing activities including web, email, search, e-commerce and social for both corporate and regional websites. Measure and report on key performance indicators.
2.Brand voice and visual identity: Working closely with the Marketing Manager and regional teams and liaising with external agencies, adapt and tailor brand message, content and delivery channels to reach target customers in identified markets more effectivelyto drive sales & margin growth.3.Event & campaign delivery: Champion planning and delivery of events including overseas conferences and trade shows, new product launches, distributor forums, targeted promotional campaigns and customer delight initiatives.Accountability and Objectives
  • Manage company website, e-commerce and social media channels
  • Conceptualise digital marketing programs that deliver sustainable increases in sales and margins.
  • Contribute to customer segmentation and profiling activities and future "buyer enablement" plans designed to increase lead generation and online sales
Key Responsibilities
  • Taking overall responsibility for the companys website, online shop and social media
  • Measure and report on clearly defined digital performance metrics
  • Develop messaging frameworks for target customers in identified sectors and territories
  • Devise social media strategy and lead implementation including internal training
  • Manage and optimise search advertising campaigns including organic and paid
  • Assess and report on competitor digital platforms and campaigns
  • Support customer segmentation, profiling and value proposition development
  • Lead & create digital marketing campaigns for both new customer acquisition and retention programs in conjunction with CX. Take overall responsibility for content generation.
  • Provide administrative support for trade shows, distributor meetings, roadshows etc
Qualifications & Attributes
  • 3+ Years in a B2B digital marketing role, ideally with International Marketing experience
  • Marketing qualification (CIM preferred) or equivalent degree
  • Proven track record of driving lead acquisition and sales growth in a B2B environment
  • Experience of managing and developing digital channels including web & social
Content development (excellent written English composition essential, visual desired) Desirable Skills or Experience
  • Fluent in Chinese, Japanese or Korean
  • Technical background
  • Creative design
  • Well versed in marketing across different cultures
  • Track record of successful campaign delivery in Asia
  • Good understanding of Asian digital landscape
