Job Description

Trident Healthcare Solutions are currently supporting a leading private hospital provide high quality healthcare across 39 hospitals and 33 clinics in the UK.We are looking to speak to Band 5 Ward Nurses who want to join a dynamic and forward-thinking nursing team and will work as part of Surgical Nursing team with post-operative patients. The successful candidate will look after pre and post op surgical patientsfrom a variety of specialities. These include major orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, general and cardiothoracic & cardiology.This is a permanent full time position working long days, nights and weekends on a rota basisShifts pattern over 7 days per week [ 07:00am - 19.30 and 19:00 - 07:30 am ]Notes: who enjoys looking after general surgery patients including Orthopaedic, Urology, Bariatric surgery, Plastic surgery, ENT and Ophthalmology.Duties and responsibilities: The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient’sneeds. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.What experience will you hold

  • Be a qualified nurse - at least 2-5 years of experience is desirable
  • Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care & leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
