P4 Recruitment are proud to be working with a national charity to recruit for a Registered Manager and Clinical Lead for their service in the East Manchester area.Full Time 37.5 hoursSalary - £41,106 pa + excellent benefitsWe are looking for an experienced RMN, who will be approved by CQC as Registered Manager, experience in supporting people with complex Personality Disorders/Serious and Enduring Mental Illness within secure and non-secure Rehabilitation Inpatient Settingsis essential.The service is one of three 24 hour Supported Housing schemes in the area that helps adults over the age of 18 with long term mental health needs. The service aim is to help individuals on their recovery journey so that they’re able to move on to more independentliving within the community.The successful candidate will be accountable for delivery within the relevant policies, procedures and quality standards, and ensure the service complies with Health and Social Care Act and Care Quality Commission Regulations. You’ll also be responsiblefor helping the Regional Operational Lead prepare and delivery business plans and budgets, as well as for all risk management within a given location from a business perspective. Monitoring compliance with MI & reporting systems and interpreting managementinformation to drive performance will be important too, as will investigating and dealing with any exceptions.Reviewing the services we deliver, implementing changes to improve delivery, managing contracts with the commissioner, encouraging customer, stakeholder and commissioner feedback and working closely with the commissioning team to manage referrals into SupportedAccommodation - these are just some aspects of this varied and vital leadership role.We are looking for someone who knows how to engage, inspire and motivate others, you have proven experience of medication management, including clinical management, coaching and training staff and carrying out regular audits and competency checks. You alsohave a good understanding of Health and Social Care Management and Care Quality Commission regulations and evidence of having provided clinical oversight and support to people on their recovery journey in Mental Health Supported Accommodation.A relevant health or social care qualification, such as RMN/DipSW, is essential too, as is substantial experience of contract management, with either service providers or commissioner plus some exposure to Business Development and Innovation. Adept at interagencyworking, and with the ability foster excellent working relationships with service users, families and the local CMHT and partners will be a key aspect of the role.
