Job Description

Job Title: PE TeacherLocation: Denton, Greater ManchesterWorking Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30 AM - 4:00 PMSalary: Weekly PayContract Type: Temp-PermRequired Qualifications: Enhanced DBS on the update service, QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)Subjects: PE, specifically teaching female students at KS3/KS4We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified PE Teacher to join our team at a Secondary School in Denton. This role involves teaching PE to female students at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in a supportive and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons tailored to the needs of female students.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Implement individualized education plans and monitor progress.
Requirements:
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service is a mandatory requirement.
  • Ideally, previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for Physical Education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
