Job Description

Jamieson Contracting is a highly accredited, award winning construction main contractor working across many sectors including:

    • We are looking for a H&S, environmental and quality coordinator to join our team to assist our business needs.Responsibilities will include:
  • Promote a safety culture throughout the company
  • Reporting company health and safety statics monthly to directors
  • Reporting H&S & environmental KPI’s to Network Rail every rail month
  • Reporting H&S & environmental KPI’ to all framework partners
  • Preparation of RAMS & CPP
  • Carrying out site safety audits
  • HAVs assessments
  • COSHH assessment preparation
  • Environmental monitoring
  • Ensuring site team are completing all require site documentation
  • Working with site team to ensure quality of work
  • Ensuring company meet with environmental goals
  • Monitoring company accident rate ratios
  • Compiling of H&S files on completion of projects
  • Overseeing accident investigations and reporting to Senior Team
    • This new role has great scope for growth within the company with the candidate to take managerial roles as the company grows.About you:
  • Motivated
  • Team player
  • NEBOSH General or construction certificate required
  • IEMA Certificate
  • Must have Network Rail experience
  • Computer literate including word, excel
  • Clear driving licence as successfully candidate will be given a company vehicle
  • Hands on and flexible approach to Health & Safety
  • Articulate verbally and in writing.
