Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering & Manufacturing division is delighted to be exclusively supporting our well-established client with the recruitment of a Production Supervisor for their busy fast moving manufacturing Site located in North Nottinghamshire.The Production Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and will coordinate and support the Senior Co-Ordinators to plan, monitor, and measure performance in the Factory.Responsibilities of The Production Supervisor:

Work collaboratively with the Production Team to achieve targets and KPIs whilst overseeing the production process
Support the business and your team with employee relations and managing the people process such as absence, investigations, training and appraisals
Identify and support Continuous Improvement projects and lead Kaizen and SQPCP events
Identify and support training needs within your team whilst proactively working towards a multi-skilled workforce

Production Supervisor Skills & Experience:

Experience managing production teams within a fast-moving manufacturing environment
A solid track record of managing people and change and a strong approach to problem-solving
Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
Well organised with excellent attention to detail with the ability to act decisively under pressure
