BTG are partnering with a privately owned SME to recruit a Management Accountant. Youll be joining a friendly SME where all departments sit under one roof. Its a friendly fitout here, theres a mix of long-standing recruits as well as some new hireswho have brought a reinvigorated feel to this SME.The business has an opportunity for a Management Accountant who can implement new processes and procedures, our client has experienced exceptional growth and now are looking to appoint their first full-time Management Accountant.You will be tasked with setting up processes and procedures, working with the business owners and 3rd parties to implement a new accounting package. Next up, you will be responsible for recruiting and ensuring the right team is in situ to keep on top of anever-growing business demands. The RoleLike traditional Management Accountants, you will have to ensure internal reporting deadlines are met, you get to see the clear and full picture in this role.
