Job Description

Are you an experienced and passionate RE Teacher ready for a new challenge Grade A Recruitment invites you to become a part of an incredible school community on the outskirts of Huntingdon, working with students in years 7-11, with the exciting potentialof engaging with sixth form students.RE Teacher: Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver inspiring Religious Education lessons to students in years 7-11.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and understanding.
  • Tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, promoting critical thinking and open dialogue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the RE department.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • As an RE Teacher you should prepare engaging and relevant materials for lessons, utilizing innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Potentially engage with sixth form students, creating a seamless and cohesive educational experience.
Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher with a specialization in Religious Education.
  • Proven experience in teaching RE to students in years 7-11.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students, fostering a love for the subject.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
