Job Description

Job Title: Sales Training AdministratorLocation: HuntingdonRemuneration: £12.08 - £13.73 per hourContract Details: Temp To Perm, Full TimeStart Date: Urgently required to start asapResponsibilities:� Be the first point of contact within our clients training team, engaging with potential candidates regarding course and exam enquiries, and discussing their options.� Follow up on leads, identify potential training sales opportunities, and advise delegates.� Maintain excellent course booking records, raise invoices, and ensure the training team is well supported.� Provide outstanding customer service, build relationships with clients, and encourage repeat bookings.� Assist in the administration of training courses, including greeting candidates, producing registers, and organising refreshments.� Update website with accurate training and exam dates and availability.� Support team on exam days by invigilating exams and assisting candidates.� Attend online live sessions to provide training assistance to trainers and delegates.� Keep training supplies stocked, maintain team diaries, and contribute to general administration duties.� Continuously propose process improvements and keep own skills up to date.Why Join Our Clients Team:� Join a small, fast-growing team in an exciting and friendly work environment.� Work for the UKs leading representative organisation, championing professionalism and providing guidance for homeowners and professionals.� Contribute to the protection and integrity of buildings in various sectors.� Gain exposure to comprehensive training programmes and firsthand experience of the courses offered.Skills and Qualifications: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with customer service or sales experience.
