Finance Assistant ApprenticeWe are the market leader in Property Damage Restoration. Our core values of Integrity, Excellence and Empathy serve as a guide to our people in their everyday interactions with others.As an integral part of the finance and purchasing team, the Finance Assistant will ensure that all finance transactions with both customers and suppliers are accurate, timely, and compliant with good practice and that the experience for customers and suppliersdealing with Polygon is positive. Key responsibilities will be, but not limited to, preparing invoices, creating purchase orders and managing transactions in IFS (accounting system), dealing with customer phone and email enquiries about billing and other matters, reconcile bank and card statementsand support the Finance Manager with expenses management where needed.Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship which should take around 12-18 months you will have a Level 2 Finance Assistant qualification. To flourish in this position you will need to have a can-do attitude, a professional, positive and friendly manner with the desire to learn.
