You will be working with customers to support anWindows or Office based issues. From Laptops - Desktops, peripherals and basic networking issues.Candidates must have experience using a ITSMS Tool such as ServiceNow (Ticket management software), Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating system errors, Microsoft Office 2013/2016/365 suite, basic Active Directory. Ability to support users over the phone andface to face.
