(*qualifying periods apply) The Role - Internet Sales Administrator We are currently looking for a customer focused Administrator to join our Internet Sales team based at our customer contact centre in Huncoat, Accrington.The purpose of the role is to deliver a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate handling of complaints. Whilst working in the fast pace of digital sales you will be required to address customer issues submitted via numerous contact channels and be able to manage customer demands both verbally and written. Heres what the role involves:

Devoted to maintaining a positive and professional attitude to customers

Acknowledging and responding quickly to customer issues through email and telephone

Able to process refunds and faulty products whilst adhering to the Consumer Contract Regulations.

Confident of making the right decision to resolve customer complaints

Driven to manage and action administrative duties in line with the business standards on processes

Able to complete various management reports

Regularly communicate with stores, DC’s and suppliers regarding required information and changes to procedures

Work to processes and compliance requirements as set by the business.

Daring to contribute ideas to the team and department’s development, wanting to make a difference.

The Skills To be successful in this role, the Internet Sales Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work as part of a team as well as on your own individual workload

Experienced in customer service and handling queries and complaints professionally and calmly

IT literate - confident using order systems and IT packages and able to learn new systems quickly

Able to remain calm under pressure and be well organised to meet agreed timelines
