Job Title: Residential Conveyancing AssistantSalary: £20,000-£25,000Location: Huddersfield (hybrid working) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Who we are:CRA Consulting are a specialist legal recruiter, operating across the UK. If successful, you will perform the following role as a Residential Conveyancing assistant:To provide cost effective support to fee earners within the team and scope of the department.Your responsibilities will include:*Setting up and dealing with completions. *Chasing exchange of contracts. *Corresponcing with third parties and clients. *Digital dictation (BigHand). *Using the case management system (SolCase). *Document management and creation. *Handling client telephone calls, enquiries and requests. *Dealing with incoming emails and post and replying to correspondence as appropriate.
