This client is a bureau practice so you will be responsible for overseeing the payrollfor hundreds of clients. It is essential that you have experience working within a payroll position in a practice previously.DescriptionAs a Payroll Manager, your main duties and responsibilities are below:

  • Engage end-to-end payroll processing for clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll services.
  • Supervise a team of payroll administrators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and address inquiries.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all payroll processes.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as tax authorities.
ProfileThe successful candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Experience managing a team of staff previously
  • Experience working within a bureau practice previously
  • A very high attention to detail
