Job Description

You love being a manager.You love seeing your team develop and overachieve.Leading, coaching, hiring, training - this is what you get out of bed for.Something does not feel quite right though.Perhaps you are ready for something new, maybe a bigger team or better environment, maybe even more reward and progression for the hard work you are putting in.I am working with one of the UK’s largest online retailers; laptops, drones, mobiles, servers - they sell a range of awesome, and very current products.And this is where you come in.With the success of their tech division, you would be managing a team of around 12 B2B IT Account Managers, all carrying a revenue target for the sale of a wide range of tech products.Opportunity hunting, maximising your pipeline, implementing strategy, 1 to 1 coaching, everything you need to do to ensure your own personal, and team’s success, with an established and well-known brand backing you.This company understands that being a Manager can mean wearing multiple hats, so you’ll have your Team Manager support to help keep track of your teams call times, performance against KPI’s, not to mention supporting your new starters as the business continues to grow.Based in Huddersfield, they are paying £30k basic with an additional £5-7k comms/pa, plus a healthcare cash plan, your birthday off after a year in your role, and an amazing environment where you have the scope to progress your skills, and career.In return, they are looking for someone who has:- Previous experience working within a fast-paced call centre environment.- Proven track record of team leading/management.- Knowledge of IT products (desired)- Strong sales experience, with a track record of exceeding sales targetsIf this sounds like you, hit apply.Let’s talk about your new job.
