Job Description

Financial Controller to step up to FinanceDirector -High growth SMEA superbopportunity that will appeal to the most selective of candidates;

  • A family-owned business with turnover of £85/90 million
  • A long history, strong infrastructure, well financed and ambitious to grow
  • Highly commercial and operational
  • A broad role that will have a lot of influence across the business and contribute to their ongoing success
Duties and responsibilities will include;
  • Producing all management information, budgets and forecasts.
  • Financial control and audit leadership
  • Oversee for members of staff
  • Ensure accurate production of the Management Accounts
  • All tax and statutory responsibilities.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
  • A qualified accountant with a bias leaning towards operational and commercialstrategy
  • Strong financial leadership experience
  • A people focussed individual with an ability to engage at all levels and with multiple stakeholders
  • Organised, hard-working and forward thinking
  • The ideal candidate would currently be working at FC level and looking for the step up to FD
