Job Description

Join Our Team! Sales Administrator Opportunity in Hucknall, NottinghamAre you a detail-oriented professional with experience in handling a high volume of purchase orders and invoicing We have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our dynamic team in Hucknall, Nottingham, and play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations. This is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
  • Maintain organised records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales department.
Skills required:
  • Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using sales and invoicing software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
