My client an educational material provider has an exciting opportunity for an interim to join them as marketing executive,The role is for 3 months initially but may well be extended and is great opportunity to work with an exciting ,marketing team.The role is looking to ideally pay £120 per day through an umbrella company but may be some flexibility on this.The role will be 2 days per week minimum on site at their Nottingham office, Hucknall, NottinghamJob PurposeThe Marketing Executive will be expected to work alongside the Marketing Managerto research, plan and execute strategic marketing activity including direct mail, events/exhibitions,online and PR/advertising to the Education Market to existing and prospect customers.This role will help and support the development of the long-term strategy of the division andcompany in order to achieve the expected business plan forecasts and to promote, expand anddevelop our brands into the Education Market and increase our market share.Campaigns will be executed across all channels and supported cross-functionally through Trade.Planning.Support on strategy development and deliver all aspects of the marketing mix to recruit, retain andbuild customers across all ranges.Main Responsibilities Understand customer data and work with MM & Data Agency to make mailing for tactical and solus campaigns throughout the year. Support on trade planning campaign strategy for brand and understand stats pack to inform decisions and allow us to react to market changes. Support key divisional exhibitions Plan and deliver tactical catalogues to support divisional growth strategy to deadlines. Build relationships to strengthen key strategic partners to ensure we maximise all opportunities for the business. Market research for division to support on strategy and new opportunities for events and initiatives. Creative briefing in line with campaign objectives to agency and internal creative team Analyse results of divisional campaigns to suggest and steer future activity and strategy. Manage and monitor budget to ensure all activity is within planned spend. Support management of brand mailing and tactical print budget up to £200k Be responsible for production for tactical publications with revenue targets up to £250k per publication. On average 3 tactical publications produced per year Support Marketing Assistants in their day-to-day roleKey tasks Data cleansing Raising POs Creative Briefing Research Artwork supply Mailing planningKnowledge, Skills, and Experience A full Driving License and Passport- also willingness to have DBS criminal record check. Educated to A level or equivalent including English and Maths CIM qualified Desirable Use of Microsoft Office Products Extensive experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet the company objectives. Marketing experience with a related company and Industry Be confident, friendly in manner and organised. Flexible in approach to work and able to work on own initiative. Excellent communication skills at all levels Able to multi-task and achieve deadlines and targets with excellence. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
