Are you an immediately available and have solid experience in Accounts payable .. Tthen I have roles that may be of interest!Reed are looking after two urgent accounts payable roles with our large successful sourcing client near Nottingham. These roles will be looking to pay £250-£280 per day through Umbrella and will be to help on urgent project for 8 weeks and may be extended.The roles will require 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.Role details Invoice processing (it will be multi page invoices with numerous line items. There will be complications in quantity, price, unit of measurement, product code mismatches etc.) Supplier reconciliation. That includes chasing for missing invoices, correction in cash allocation done by suppliers, chase for refunds in case of duplicate payments, provide remittances if required etc. Liaise with procurement of issues using case management tool / SharePoint.Skills required: Minimum 2-3 years experience in AP. Good excel knowledge Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage.
