Its all about igniting someones passion for their job, which is exactly what this company promotes and encourage.Description In this role as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will need to be a multi-channel expert, helping to increase growth and optimisation.Some of your main responsibilities will include:* Managing a small team, supporting where needed and ensuring a high-quality output is being upheld* Budget management to include maximising on ROI for Google AdWords spend* Constantly reviewing all marketing activity to identify any necessary changes that need to be made* Creating and delivering strategic level reports to Directors, making useful recommendations moving forward* Researching and analysing customer journeys, to develop consumer profiles so accurate targeted campaigns can be produced* Using data and strategy to deliver effective marketing for SEO, PPC, Content, Social, Email and other channels* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and other department membersExperience To be considered for the position as the Digital Marketing Manager for this company you will need to have:* Previous experience within the digital marketing industry, with experience in SEO or Paid marketing* Experience using Magento 2* Experience developing and delivering high-end digital marketing strategies* An excellent understanding of market dynamics and consumer habits* Top-notch interpersonal skillsRemuneration Your salary as a Digital Marketing Manager will be £40,000-£45,000 (depending on your experience).They are also offering some stellar benefits such as:* 24 days holiday* Employer pension scheme* Health care package* A huge emphasis on mental health and wellness* Hybrid working
