SF are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a friendly team within the public sector on a temporary to permanent basis. Office based - NG15 Hours 8am - 5pm or can be flexible (9am - 4pm or 8am - 3:30pm flexible hours available whilst temping) On site parking £Negotiable Assist in the production of the monthly management accounts and monthly management KPIs Daily financial transactions: sales and purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, monitoring company cards etc. Production of journals for prepayments and accruals Balance sheet reconciliations Support nursery admin teams in production of monthly invoicing, cash collection and external funding claims Liaising with external payroll bureau to support with monthly payroll processes Other ad hoc tasks to support the running of the wider business, e.g. support with commercial contracts, IT issues, other management reporting
