Job Description

Portfolio Architect - Workplace Financial Health .Surrey/Hyrbid.Approx Salary: £110,000 + Bonus & Benefits.As a Portfolio Architect for WPFH, you will provide leadership and Enterprise Architecture services to business and technology stakeholders in order to direct the investment and transformation, from an architecture perspective, ensuring strategic WPFH initiativesare delivered in line with the business, technology and data strategies. This includes working with senior business stakeholders to understand and develop their longer-term vision, aligning roadmaps to this, developing technology roadmaps that align to boththe business vision as well as technology objectives, and providing guidance on M&A activity.Required:

  • Designed & delivered large transformation programme from legacy to new technology.
  • Extensive experience in financial services or other highly regulated sector.
  • Experience with and strong in working with C-suite leadership.
  • Skilled in the architecture, design and implementation of complex technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with different types and levels of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Effective leadership skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, bridge-building and political astuteness.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end systems development from customer specifications through to deployment.
  • Experience of managing technology driven business process change.
  • The ability to convey complex, abstract technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A good understanding of financial markets, products and organisations.
  • Excellent and resourceful problem-solving skills, adaptable with a willingness to learn.
  • Proactive and self-organising with a "can-do" approach.
