Job Description

As an International Tax Manager, you will be joining a leading Science & Tech business, supporting with all aspects of compliance, planning and policy.Key responsibilities:

  • Work with key decision makers within the business to develop and deliver a strong international tax strategy across the group
  • Oversight of all direct and indirect tax compliance processes, relationships, and controls
  • Manage the global transfer pricing process
  • Support seniors on M&A, tax audits and any other advisory work
  • Assist with tax reporting for stat financial statements and forecasting
  • Act as tax business partner for all group functions
Skills & experience required:
  • ACA/CTA or equivalent
  • UK and International tax technical knowledge
  • Tax accounting knowledge required
  • Knowledge or experience of post-merger/acquisition integrations desired
  • Familiarity with Alphatax useful
