* Senior Project Manager* Yorkshire (hybrid)* Competitive salary + car allowance & benefitsSenior Project Manager - Construction ConsultancyYorkshire (3 days in office/on site and 2 days at home)Competitive salary + car allowance & benefitsCompany OverviewOur client is a well established international real estate and infrastructure consultancy with offices in Yorkshire and other key UK cities, who work with a variety of high calibre and long-standing clients across the public and private sector.Their team in Yorkshire is undergoing a period of growth due to increased client demand, as a result they have the opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their innovative and dynamic team, working on industry-leading projects.The sectors they work in are varied, with training to be provided, however there is a current need for an ambitious individual to work on defence and public sector projects across the region. Current schemes range from £75m defence projects and £45m healthcaredevelopments.The RoleThe successful SPM, reporting directly to the Director of Project Management, will deliver the key stages of large projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget. This will be spread throughout the region and in thedefence, healthcare, commercial office and residential sectors.They are keen to support those looking to grow both personally and professionally, and would welcome applicants from developer/contractor or consultancy backgrounds who are keen to develop their experience and progress to Associate Director. There is a fullyfunded, fast track development programme to help towards chartership with APM, CIOB and RICS if needed, as well as Masters/MBA.RequirementsAs Senior Project Manager you will have strong Project Management experience and ideally hold professional qualifications and memberships.* Experience of working in a client-focused environment - working closely with clients, updating clients on progress, while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations.* Must have construction or real estate development experience* Able to work on own initiative with strong motivation skills* Good management skills* Strong communication skills with experience working in a client-focused environmentWe have placed many people with this client while working with them for the last 10 years.
