We have a fantastic career opportunity for a highly organised and confident individual to join an innovative business in North Leeds (LS18) as a Customer Service Administrator.This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and personable individual to thrive, working within a challenging yet rewarding customer focused environment where there are opportunities to develop and progress.Whats on offer* Circa £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)* Monday-Friday / Full-time* 25 days holiday* + many more benefitsIn the role of Customer Service Administrator, you will liaise with both customers and suppliers to handle enquiries, order processing, returns and distribution. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed and dispatched in line with the businesssexpectations and that all order irregularities are clearly communicated. Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:* Generating of sales orders and order processing.* Liaising with logistics and customers on delivery dates and order fulfilment schedules.* Be a point of contact for incoming calls and emails, requests and enquiries.* Producing reports and updates on customer orders.* Internal communication with sales and purchasing teams to update on any stock issues.Experience:* We are looking for someone with established administration skills who has excellent communication and is accustomed to supporting customers, ideally in a business-to-business environment.* Your IT skills in Microsoft Office programmes including Excel will be to a good standard and you will be able to learn new systems with ease.* A background in manufacturing or distribution would be useful but not essential.If you are looking for a customer focused role where you can progress and develop a career, this opportunity could be for you.Please apply with a well-presented and up to date CV.
