Job Description

As a dynamic Customer Success team member within our Sales and Digital Marketing agency (a people and technology focused business), our commitment is to train and develop our workforce to be amazing and provide sales personnel with a comprehensive technologystack to ensure they have all the tools necessary to deliver customer success.Working on behalf of our B2B client, a leader in the European energy market, your role involves both reaching out to existing customers and leading a team to do so, to explore their experiences and identify what has and hasn’t worked to ascertain how wecan best support them for the upcoming year.Unlike traditional telesales roles, your focus is on quality engagements. Youll utilise research, social media and our advanced technology stack to build engagement strategies throughout the year making for a more harmonious experience when contract renewaldiscussions take place.As a target carrying team leader, you’ll lead by example with your time (approximately) spent 80/20, doing and leading respectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of BDM’s, with the support of the Head of Sales.
  • Ensure client KPI’s are consistently met by the team
  • Reach out to existing customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback on the previous year.
  • Emphasise quality interactions utilising existing data, CRM insights and social media for well-planned calls.
  • Capture key customer intelligence and collaborate with the management team to track program success and contribute towards successful account management
  • Work towards an induvial and team renewal target
  • Utilise technology to build targeted email cadences and personalised messaging to enhance the renewal process.
Pre-requisites:
  • 2 years in a senior telephone-based sales role
  • A previous B2B Account Management or Renewal role would be advantageous
  • An understanding of the UK energy market.
  • Previous leadership skills
  • Excellent rapport builder
  • You will be a passionate learner with a thirst to progress
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Negotiation / influencing / objection handling skills preferred.
  • PC literate + tech savvy
