As a dynamic Customer Success team member within our Sales and Digital Marketing agency (a people and technology focused business), our commitment is to train and develop our workforce to be amazing and provide sales personnel with a comprehensive technologystack to ensure they have all the tools necessary to deliver customer success.Working on behalf of our B2B client, a leader in the European energy market, your role involves both reaching out to existing customers and leading a team to do so, to explore their experiences and identify what has and hasn’t worked to ascertain how wecan best support them for the upcoming year.Unlike traditional telesales roles, your focus is on quality engagements.
