Job Description

Hiring due to a period of extended growth! Hybrid position!Are you currently on the lookout for a fast-paced Supply Chain Coordinator role Would you be excited at the prospect of joining a financially secure industry leader who are continuing to grow in the current climate Perhaps you already have experience within logistics, supply chain, operations or scheduling shipments and are looking for a new challenge This role would be well suited to individuals with a background/keen interest in Planning, Logistics or Operations who are flexible, organised and used to working in a fast paced environments. Job type: Full Time and Permanent Job title: Supply Chain Coordinator Salary: £28k - £30k annually Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours (flexible with working hours) hybrid- 3 days working from home 2 days in the officeLocation: HookRole responsibilities of a Supply Chain Coordinator:

  • Scheduling and tracking inbound shipments of finished goods and deliveries
  • Planning and scheduling outbound deliveries to customers of finished goods
  • Maintaining all customer delivery data with a 2 week lead time
  • Monitoring quality control and tracking incidents with logistics providers
  • Generating and maintaining documentation to audit standards when it comes to imports and exports
  • Completing business operational activities using SAP including goods receipt, stock movements and delivery notes
Desirable skills of a Supply Chain Coordinator:
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with Pivot Tables and Vlookups
  • Previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations
  • Experience using SAP or similar system
  • Intermediate Word and Excel
  • Good geographical knowledge or scheduling/route planning/shipping experience
