Our Defence Client have a rare and exciting opportunity for an accomplished DV Cleared Cloud Solution Architect to join their large team in Hook, Hampshire!Duration: 9 months with potential for long term extension Day Rate: Exceptional Rate on offer outside of IR35Location: Hook, 5 days per week onsite expected (may reduce to 4 following training). Interviews: 1 stage video interviewStart: ASAP but will wait for notice periodsKey Skills & Experience *Required** Must hold an active DV security clearance* A proven Cloud Solution Architecture background* Broad understanding of Cloud technologies and principles* A deep technical understanding of on-premise IaaS, Platforms and Workspace solutions * Experience of working within a Scaled Agile framework* Strong ArchiMate modelling experience.The OpportunityOur defence client is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to engage on a long term programme that will transform the on-premise IaaS, Platforms and Workplace capabilities. The Solution Architect will be: * Driving through customer strategies in a complex mixed technology environment through Enterprise Architecture collaboration; * Defining features, requirements and development phases to achieve delivery; * Development of solution specifications in line with business strategies and appropriate frameworks; * Own the following Deliverables: o Solution Architecture Overview* Provide guidance on HLD production.
